Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join a busy and growing recruitment agency specialising in Industrial recruitment across the West Midlands.
This is a fast-paced and varied role that would suit someone who is organised, confident dealing with people, and enjoys working in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Resourcing and screening candidates for industrial vacancies
2. Conducting Right to Work (RTW) and compliance checks
3. Registering candidates and maintaining accurate records
4. Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries professionally
5. Greeting candidates and visitors arriving at the office
6. Supporting the recruitment consultants with day-to-day administration
7. Posting job adverts and managing candidate applications
8. Ensuring compliance documentation is completed correctly and on time
What We’re Looking For
9. Previous administration or recruitment experience preferred
10. Strong communication and customer service skills
11. Confident telephone manner
12. Good attention to detail and organisational skills
13. Ability to work under pressure in a busy office
14. IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office
15. A proactive and positive attitude
