What We're Looking For
Due to the needs of the people we support, we are only able to accept applications from female applicants who hold a full UK driving licence.
You should also be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and sleepovers where required. We offer full-time, part-time, and bank shifts to suit different lifestyles.
What You'll Do
Your role will vary depending on the needs of the individuals you support, but may include:
* Social Support – helping people connect with their communities by attending social activities and outings such as clubs, day centres, cinema trips, bowling, or swimming.
* Medical Support – assisting with medication administration and monitoring.
* Personal Care – supporting individuals with daily routines such as washing, dressing, personal hygiene, and arranging health appointments (GP, dentist, optician etc.).
* Practical Support – encouraging independence at home through everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, and household management.
