This is a pivotal leadership role at an exciting moment in Collingham Kensington’s development. At a time of change across the independent school sector, and operating within a highly competitive local market, the Director of Marketing and Admissions will be responsible for shaping and delivering a compelling marketing and admissions strategy that reflects the College’s values and ambitions. Reporting into the Principal, and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will oversee all aspects of marketing, communications, and student recruitment, ensuring that Collingham’s distinctive ethos and academic strengths are effectively communicated to prospective families, feeder schools, and stakeholders across the wider community.
The successful candidate will bring strategic insight, creativity, and a collaborative approach which brings out the best in those around them. They will have a proven track record in marketing and admissions functions, a genuine interest in independent education, and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences across both digital and traditional platforms. An alignment with the core values of Collingham Kensington will be essential.
