To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. About the Role
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and store operations when needed.
* Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an environment that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is current and accurate to meet business needs.

* You have exceptional commercial understanding and know how to create a great shopping experience.
