Responsibilities:
1. You will be managing all shop activities and, together with the wider management team, achieve set targets and maximise financial contribution to the charity.
2. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all shop activities including recruiting, training and managing an effective team of volunteers.
3. Responsible for the day to day running of the shop, ensuring it meets agreed income and expenditure targets taking responsibility for the shop's accounting procedures including cash reconciliation, daily banking and till procedures.
Charity Store Manager- The Person:
4. You will have extensive experience within charity or retail at a Store/Shop Manager/Assistant Manager level.
5. Exceptional customer service standards and high attention to detail.
6. Visual merchandising to a high standard of commercial excellence.
7. Ability to interpret financial and performance data.
8. Ability to meet targets and KPI's including Gift Aid.
9. Excellent communication skills, organisational skills and time management.
10. Motivational, and inspirational leader. Strong people manager.
11. Passion for fashion and general interest in trends.
12. Passion for charity retailing and knowledge of the charity sector.
