Key Duties:
Manage calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
Track and update orders in internal systems
Operate internal system during peak season (data entry, reporting, order assignment)
Prepare delivery paperwork and loading plans
Book transport and liaise with hauliers
Support invoicing checks
Estate Management:
Handle communications professionally
Coordinate grounds maintenance schedules and customer contracts
Oversee property maintenance and tenancy needs
Ensure timely renewals of certificates and supplier contracts
General Support:
Assist with B&B and cottage lettings
Prepare reports and data for the owner
Complete compliance paperwork (e.g., tenders, licenses)
Perform occasional personal assistant tasks
Candidate Requirements:
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Confident with IT systems and data reporting
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Flexible and willing to support across diverse business areas
Comfortable in a rural, hands-on environment
Dog-friendly and team-oriented personality
