Job Description:
LHH are excited to be working with one of their professional services clients to recruit a HR Business Partner into their highly successful team. This role will be a key member of the HR team and will report directly to the HR Director. You will be a strategic advisor and a true partner to the business, providing insight and challenge. This role has a generalist focus offering expertise in all people areas, undergoing operational activities as well as supporting in the delivery of strategic initiatives to support the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and develop succession and workforce planning models and support succession planning initiatives.
2. Coach and support people managers to deal with challenging situations and develop their skills.
3. Provide support on all complex ER cases, ensuring that risk is appropriately and proportionately managed, offering pragmatic solutions to problems that arise and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
4. Identify and use key data from across the business and from external sources to support and inform decision making.
5. Work with the HRD and other HR team members to build people and organisational capability, through the identification and implementation of people strategies.
6. Take ownership and responsibility for the delivery of some key HR projects.
7. Support with any mergers or acquisitions.
8. Promote reward and benefit offerings and regularly review and benchmark their offerings to ensure the business remains competitive within the marketplace.
Requirements:
* CIPD qualified with proven experience of managing and influencing key stakeholders to improve people capability.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
* Experience of coaching and mentoring, ideally within a professional services environment (desirable).
* Innovative, flexible and proactive approach.
* Commercially minded and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
