About your team:
At British Gas, our mission is to sell it and mend it.
We're the household heroes powering 1 in 3 homes in the UK - but supplying energy is just part of what we do. We're making the UK's homes greener and more energy efficient.
About your role:
Base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE, realistically reaching £50,400 through our field reward scheme.
Represent British Gas in customers' homes, with support from managers, mentors, and colleagues. Experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential.
This role is based in Chester
Here's what we're looking for:
A natural dedicated focus on providing outstanding customer experience on every visit
Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
3 year's qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis
Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
