About the Role

As a Technical Support Developer, you will collaborate closely with design and development teams to deliver high-quality website solutions for diverse clients. Your responsibilities include liaising with customers during website development and after launch.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues promptly and accurately.
2. Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues internally.
3. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
We seek an agile developer with extensive experience in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and PHP. You should thrive on developing robust, flexible CMS solutions and produce high-quality, reusable code to meet client deadlines.
Must-Have Skills
* At least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Basic knowledge of PHP.
* Experience with modern JS frameworks like Vue.js or React.js is preferred.
* Passion for development with high attention to detail.
* Experience with PHP-based CMSs, preferably Craft CMS, or similar.
* Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to create accessible, functional websites.
Additional Skills
* Effective communication via customer support ticketing systems.
* Ability to resolve support requests adhering to SLAs.
* Provide accurate time estimates for tasks.
* Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Report progress regularly to Project Managers.
* Demonstrate a strong track record in similar projects.
* Stay updated with web industry trends and incorporate new ideas.
