Are you an experienced and nurturing early years professional with a passion for supporting children in their earliest stages of development?
We're looking for a dedicated practitioner to join our warm and welcoming nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career, leading a small team and creating a calm, loving, and stimulating environment for children aged 1–4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team to deliver outstanding care and early education
* Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging space tailored to the needs of babies
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Build strong partnerships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress
* Monitor development and ensure accurate record-keeping and observations
* Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed
What we're looking for:
* A minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare
* Previous experience working with babies in a nursery setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A calm, caring, and patient approach
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development
* A team player with a passion for high-quality childcare
