What you'll do You will play a crucial role in fostering and promoting our company culture. Working closely with the Head of Organisational Change and Culture, you will create an overarching culture change plan aimed at driving the biggest cultural shifts identified by the Operating Board to deliver the business strategy. Drawing on your knowledge of how culture change is affected and sustained, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders from various teams to define key activities and milestones, ensuring accountability for delivery. You will establish governance structures for culture change, manage project updates and working group meetings, and support the embedding and sustaining of valued behaviours for colleagues and leaders. Ensuring we measure success, you will collaborate closely with our People Analytics team to establish KPIs, and track and measure our progress to ensure we stay on track. Always one step ahead, you will conduct external research to stay informed about best practices, trends, approaches in culture change, and share insights and updates with different stakeholder groups. Who you are With a strong background of culture transformation, you have experience of developing and implementing culture transformation roadmaps in large scale organisations, understanding what culture is and how culture change is embedded and sustained. Strategic thinking, creativity, project management skills, and your ability to influence senior leaders will be vital in driving successful culture transformation throughout the organisation. As an excellent communicator, you can deliver your message effectively whether that's through conversation or documents for the Operating Board.
