Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? As an Accreditation Coordinator at Scottish Rugby, you’ll play a key role in making our events run smoothly. From supporting matchday operations to working with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll help ensure a safe, welcoming, and well‑organised experience for everyone coming through our stadium doors.
What you will be doing:
* Supporting the smooth running of event operations by helping manage access systems, accreditation processes, and matchday logistics.
* Leading accreditation delivery for Pro Team matchdays and supporting major events across Scotland.
* Preparing and maintaining accurate accreditation and access data to support planning and operational decision‑making.
* Working closely with colleagues in Events, Ticketing, Health & Safety, Security, and external partners to make sure everything runs efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
* A friendly, customer‑focused approach, with the confidence to solve problems quickly and positively.
* Strong communication skills—you explain things clearly, listen well, and build good working relationships with a wide range of people.
* A curious, practical thinker who can look at complex information and find fair, sensible solutions.
* Someone flexible and reliable, able to work evenings and weekends as part of our matchday and events calendar (a driving licence is helpful, too).
