About the Role
We are seeking an Estimator to join a growing construction consultancy. This role involves preparing cost estimates, tender submissions, and supporting a range of residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare tenders from drawings and specifications
* Carry out quantity take-offs and cost planning
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
* Manage project documentation and records
* Support clients with cost advice and revisions
* Identify value engineering opportunities
Requirements
* Experience in estimating within construction
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Proficiency xsngvjr with take-off tools/software (preferred)
