Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and maintain their well-being. Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing personal care assistance (e.g., washing, dressing, toileting)
* Assisting with mobility and transfers (e.g., using hoists, moving and positioning)
* Preparing meals and light refreshments
* Engaging in social activities and companionship
* Medication administration (under supervision)
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in the service user\'s condition
