Job Description As a Betting Cashier you will be responsible for delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis. Reporting to the Betting Supervisor you will be part of the Betting Office Team, who will be serving customers and building a rapport. What You Will Do Deliver outstanding customer service. Always urging safer gambling. Process customer transactions including cash handling Open, operate and close the Tote terminal so as to provide instant and diligent service to customers at both booths or tables offering a table service as required. To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Betting Supervisor. To ensure the Think 25 policy is adhered to at all times. Qualifications You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our stadia. Do you a passion for delivering great customer service!
