5. Job Reward: yup to £40kplus overtime, Bonus and Bens, however applications taken on experience
6. Working Hours: Monday to Friday ideally all onsite, some flexibility
As a Maintenance Planner & Reliability Co-ordinator, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing maintenance resources and practices, ensuring efficiency and safety across site operations.
Application of asset management strategy within the plant, with the goal of providing reliable processes to the business. Activities include the planning and scheduling required to ensure efficient execution of Maintenance practices, proactive maintenance, best practice.
Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Planner & Reliability Co-Ordinator
7. Focus is maintenance planning PM activity planning and kitting of work
8. Stock pack and accuracy
9. CREATING AND CONTROLLING CMMS AND MAINTENANCE PLANNING
10. Improving the efficiency of the reliability team and the quality of our Asset Life Cycle data across site
11. Lead the the CMMS help desk ensuring that emergency work orders were prioritized by site and equipment criticality
12. Efficiently lead work planning & control processes
13. Analyze data to enhance asset care practices and overall performance
14. Oversee CMMS data integrity and maintenance plans
15. Ownership of the CMMS You will ensure that all asset data is present
16. Order all required materials and verify they are accurate before scheduling the work
17. Establish gaps within the system and correlate all existing data on the system with what is in stock
18. To maintain a well-organized, efficient and safe engineering stores in support of minimizing equipment downtime
19. To achieve site Key Performance Indicators (KPI`s) with respect to stock value, accuracy, stock turns
20. To manage the complete end-to-end return of defective parts/non-conforming parts
21. To update and maintain a computerized stocking system for all material movements.
22. Organize parts for specific maintenance tasks/shutdown work.
23. Review backlog and planning list for duplicate work orders
24. Group work orders that can be planned and worked on together to optimize resources
25. Identify obsolescence parts and locate suitable replacements
Qualifications And Experience – Maintenance Planner & Reliability Co-Ordinator
26. Proficient in data analysis and application usage (Excel, Word, etc.)
27. Experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment with strong communication skills
28. Proficient in root-cause problem-solving methodologies
29. ONC/HNC/C&G in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred
30. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Computerized Maintenance Systems
31. Knowledge and experience with CMMS systems
32. Good understanding of condition base maintenance is ideal
33. Open to industry background, manufacturing ideal
34. Experienced SAP system user/superuser ideal
35. Minimum 3 years experience in an Engineering planning or Engineering store’s role
36. Computer literate – Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
