About the Role
As a locum Consultant in Ophthalmology, you'll deliver high-quality care during scheduled weekend or evening sessions.
Responsibilities
8. Delivering specialist clinical services in line with NHS standards
9. Supporting patient flow and reducing waiting lists
10. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
11. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
What We're Looking For
12. Essential:
13. MBBS or equivalent medical degree
14. Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
15. Relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g. FRCS, FRCOphth, FRCA)
16. A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check the registration process
17. UK Right to Work
18. Strong communication and teamworking skills
Desirable:
19. CCT in Ophthalmology (or within 6 months of achieving it)
