Part Time HR Advisor (30 hours per week)
FTC - 12 months | Nottingham (suited to candidates in or around NG8/9/10 & surrounding areas) | Onsite working | Up to £40k DOE
Suitable for
* Hours may be slightly reduced initially
* Flexibility to increase to 37.5 hours per week if required
* Open to flexible working arrangements around how hours are worked
Key Experience Required
* Strong ER background
* Standalone HR / SME experience
* Sound knowledge of employment law and compliance
* Payroll processing & recruitment
* Process improvement experience
* CIPD qualified (desirable)
This will be a phased start, ideally with someone joining in March, beginning on reduced hours during a handover period.
