Mid - Senior Interior Designer

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 p/annum

With an emphasis on high-end spa and casino interiors, this role would suit an accomplished Senior Interior Designer or a skilled Mid-Weight Interior Designer looking to advance their career in a globally acclaimed studio.

Duties:
* Design Development: Create and deliver innovative interior concepts tailored for spa and casino environments, reflecting luxury and functionality.
* Space Planning: Develop layouts that enhance guest experiences, ensuring optimal flow and spatial harmony for high-traffic areas.
* Material and Finish Selection: Specify premium materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project goals and maintain the highest design standards.
* Project Management: Oversee all stages of interior design, from concept through to completion, ensuring seamless project delivery.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior and middleweight designers, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Supplier Coordination: Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality specifications, on-time deliveries, and adherence to budget.
* Client Engagement: Present design concepts and solutions to clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Site Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress, ensuring every detail aligns with design intent and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design or a related field
* Proven experience delivering luxury Hospitality projects, with a focus on spa and casino interiors
* Strong background in project management and team leadership within London-based studios
* Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A high-quality portfolio showcasing expertise in luxury interior design
* Previous senior-level experience and management skills are highly desirable
