Electronics Engineer Calibration & Maintenance Location: Bolton| Sector: Defence | Type: Full-time Join a leading defence partner supporting the UK Ministry of Defence as an Electronics Engineer in the Calibration & Maintenance Team. Youll work on cutting-edge test equipment, supporting advanced missile systems through fault diagnosis, calibration, and repair of electrical and electronic test platforms. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair test and measurement equipment, including STTE Support calibration, commissioning, and drift analysis of test systems Generate accurate maintenance records and ensure traceability Provide technical support to production teams and resolve equipment issues Ensure safety systems are tested and compliant with procedures What Do You Need HNC/HND in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (essential) Experience in test equipment calibration and component-level repair Strong understanding of calibration principles and fault-finding techniques Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Desirable: RF test equipment experience and knowledge of DIO, AIO, RF, temperature, and comms systems What happens now?
