Duties
• Ensure your team have completed their tasks
• Be responsible for your team’s holidays, timesheets, expenses and day to day HR issues
• To manage your teams performance including review, appraisals and disciplinaries.
• Ensure your team is working safely and in compliance with legislation / WCS processes & methods.
• Highlight any training and upskilling needs within your team.
Requirements
• Management experience (advantageous)
• Excellent IT skills (especially Outlook, Excel and Word).
• Plumbing experience (essential)
• Good working knowledge of ACoP L8

Benefits
• Salary banding £32,000-£34,000 (depending on experience)
• 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
