What you’ll be doing

As a Kitchen Advisor, you’ll bring creativity and a customer-first mindset to deliver stunning kitchen designs for both Trade Customers and Homeowners. You’ll use CAD to create custom plans, drive sales by maximising add-ons, and manage your quote bank to meet targets. Building strong, long-term relationships with customers is key to your success. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in the sector — we’ll provide all the training and development you need. Our most successful Kitchen Designers come from a variety of backgrounds, but they all excel at delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am-5.00pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays). We offer flexible working hours — this can be discussed at the interview stage.


What you’ll be responsible for

Designing for Traders and Homeowners: Using your product knowledge and design skills, you’ll create bespoke kitchen designs that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Building Lasting Relationships: Develop strong, long-term connections by delivering top-notch service and support.

Working with Homeowners: Produce accurate kitchen plans and quotes, understanding their project to design their ‘perfect’ kitchen while keeping Trade Customers updated.

Creative Flair & CAD Expertise: Use CAD to design kitchens that reflect the customer's vision, asking the right questions to tailor solutions.

Networking & Collaboration: Build a customer base to meet targets, working closely with external Sales Reps to ensure requirements are met.

On-Site Visits: Visit homes or building sites to create CAD designs and present them to clients.

Safety First: Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure colleagues and customers leave safely.


Who you are

You’ll need to be:

* No Industry Experience Needed: Transferable skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to exceed sales targets.
* Methodical & Tenacious: Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
* Excellent Communicator: Able to connect with diverse individuals.
* Friendly & Outgoing: Approachable, positive, and relationship-focused.

You also will need a car and full valid driving licence.
