About the Role
Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving growth in the mortgage intermediary market? We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and represent Kensington Mortgages with professionalism and integrity.
This role covers the following areas, so the successful candidate should be based locally as the role requires regular in person visits
Birmingham, Cardiff, Coventry, Dudley, Hereford, Llandrindod Wells, Newport, Swansea, Shrewsbury, Telford, Worcester, Walsall, Wolverhampton
What You’ll Do
1. Develop and manage accounts with mortgage intermediaries in your region, generating high-quality mortgage completions.
2. Represent our brand at regional events, trade roadshows, and exhibitions.
3. Ensure intermediaries have a clear understanding of our products, target market, and criteria.
4. Focus on business quality, volume, and mix to achieve monthly targets.
