Document Controller | Engineering & Facilities Projects
Oxford area, OX4 | On-site
We’re hiring a Document Controller to take ownership of engineering and facilities documentation across multiple projects and operational assets.
This is a key role supporting project delivery, handover, and long-term asset management.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing and controlling engineering documentation, drawings, and records
* Owning document control procedures, version control, and compliance
* Coordinating O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and handover packs
* Administering the electronic Document Management System (DMS)
* Managing CAD drawings and revision control
* Supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness
* Working closely with engineers, contractors, and asset management teams
* Improving document workflows and digital standards
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in document control within engineering, construction, or facilities
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience with CAD drawings and electronic DMS platforms
* Understanding of project handover and O&M documentation
* Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
* Eligible to work in the UK and commute to Oxford
