Job Description Summary
As a Test Operator, you will be responsible for the set up and running of production testing of PCBs. Role will be in the CH18 PCB.
The role will include a range of tasks and the successful applicant should demonstrate flexibility and work effectively as part of a larger multi-disciplined team.
Job Description
* Support for Test process, Genrad 1-2-1 ICT, Functional testing, and LM Star tests
* Accurate logging of failure data in FRACAS database and assisting with possible root cause fixes
* All aspects of setup of equipment to support test
* Compliance with and adherence to relevant processes and procedures.
* The ability to identify trends and root cause to eliminate future fails.
* The Ability to formulate your own shift plan to deliver product in line with the MPS and customer requirements.
* Read and follow manufacturing plans.
* Ensure quality and health & safety adherence.
* Follow daily manufacturing metrics.
* Participate in lean activities and other initiatives.
* Support manufacturing delivery needs
* Work in teams to achieve delivery targets.
* Complete manufacturing paperwork and job cards
