Role Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Executive to inherit an existing £150,000 income book of SME and mid-market clients, with scope to develop and grow this portfolio further. You’ll focus on retention, relationship management, and new business generation, supported by experienced Account Handlers. This role offers hybrid flexibility, a transparent bonus structure, and long-term progression as part of a stable and growing brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and retain an inherited commercial book: Providing stability and immediate income ownership
* Develop existing accounts and cross-sell opportunities: Increasing earning potential through book growth
* Generate new business: Building long-term value and personal brand within the market
* Handle complex SME and mid-market risks: Enhancing your technical expertise
* Work closely with Account Handlers: Allowing you to focus on client strategy and growth
Requirements
* Experience as a Commercial Account Executive
* Strong commercial broking background across SME/mid-market risks
* Confident managing and developing a book of business
* Full UK driving licence
