Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Service & Maintenance Engineer specialising in renewable heating to join our expanding team.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to play a key role in our service division, carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics on air source heat pump systems. You will work primarily with leading manufacturers including NIBE, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Samsung, and Daikin.
Accuracy, professionalism, and customer care are central to this role, with detailed service reports completed on every visit. There is genuine career progression available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintain, and fault-find air source heat pump systems to the highest standards
Carry out system diagnostics and resolve issues efficiently
Complete accurate and detailed service reports
Provide clear advice to customers on system operation and maintenance
Deliver an excellent customer service experience at all times
Maintain up-to-date service and maintenance records
Work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Stay informed on renewable technologies and industry best practices
Support growth of the service and maintenance customer base
Skills and Experience required:
Minimum 5 years' experience in heat pump installation and/or maintenance
Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of heating hydraulics and electrics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Confident, professional communication with customers
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
