TEMPLEGATE RECRUITMENT Financial Services Specialist Recruiters Job Title : Paraplanner/Administrator /PA Benefits: Pension, Holiday Salary: £35,000 £45,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) Location :Richmond upon Thames (Teddington) About the Company: We are delighted to be working with a wonderful, financial advisor firm who are looking for an experienced IFA administrator/PA to join their team. Our client provides a highly personalised financial planning service to a broad spectrum of individual clients. You would be working for one of the Partners who is a chartered financial planner with 35 years of experience. What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include: Everything to support the Partner in the day-to-day management of their clients including, but not limited to; Manage their day-to-day diary - Coordinate and schedule client appointments, meetings, and reviews. Liaise with and build relationships with their clients to become their first point of contact. Liaise with insurance companies, investment providers, platform providers and other stakeholders/third parties. Manage client documentation and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide high quality administration and technical analytical support. Onboarding new clients, process client applications, transactions, and paperwork accurately. Create basic suitability reports. Prepare Client Annual Reviews. Be capable of assisting with end of tax year planning using platform tools and own technical knowledge. Understand Pensions, Investment and Insurance Bonds technical specifications and tax treatment. Create & Update Cash Flow models. (Voyant) Undertake performance reviews. (FE Analytics) Assist with marketing and business development initiatives. What is Needed to Be Considered: A strong knowledge of pensions, life & protection and investments, that is visible through both your career history and qualifications and as a minimum you will have achieved the RQF level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) or be close to completing it. Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook & TEAMs. Ability to use a CRM system. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in an office environment. Work effectively as a member of a team. Previous use of abrdn WRAP, Quilter WRAP, IRESS Xplan (moving to Adviser Cloud), Voyant and Finemetrica would be useful.
