Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and recruitment strategies, with a focus on lead generation and relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in various applicant tracking systems. The Recruitment Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment processes and ensuring we attract the right talent to meet our organisational needs.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Utilise social media management tools to enhance our employer brand and reach potential candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
* Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to optimise sourcing efforts.
* Analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Experience
* Proven experience in a recruitment
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management practices.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
* Experience in utilising CRM systems for tracking candidate interactions is advantageous.
