The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Business Development or Account Managers who are ready to make an impact - who live within 1 hour drive from Stoke-on-Trent
If you have a track record in Office Furniture & Fit-Outs, Workwear & PPE, Janitorial, Print & Business Gifts, or Office Supplies, we want to hear from you.
This role is all about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving growth - both with new clients and existing accounts. You’ll work closely with our experienced internal teams, backed by strong operational support, to deliver tailored workplace solutions that make a real difference to our customers.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients within your specialist category.
* Build strong, long-term relationships through a consultative, solution-focused approach.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across our full product and service range.
* Manage your own pipeline and consistently deliver on targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project delivery.
