Your new role Support the delivery of a clean, safe, and well-maintained estate environment through regular inspections and contractor monitoring. Manage close cleaning, landscaping, and waste contracts, ensuring high standards and prompt issue resolution. Log and follow up on repairs, liaise with tenants and contractors, and carry out post-inspections. Assist with planned and cyclical maintenance, insurance inspections, and rechargeable repairs. Support tenant engagement initiatives, including garden competitions and environmental education. Maintain accurate records using Capita, Total Mobile, and InVu systems. Contribute to complaint handling, invoice processing, and general technical admin tasks. What you'll need to succeed Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience in estate or housing management is desirable. Confident in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records. A team player who can also work independently and take initiative. Committed to delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
