Job Title: Customer Service & Warehouse Support

Location: Tugby, Leicestershire
We are looking for a friendly, adaptable person to join our team for a 9 month maternity leave contract. This varied role combines office based customer service with hands-on warehouse duties.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly and efficient service by phone, email and live chat. You’ll also lend a hand in the warehouse during busy periods, helping with the picking, packing and stock duties to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer calls, emails and live chats
* Give advice on product suitability, usage, and aftercare
* Manage online orders via our Shopify platform and assist with Amazon marketplace enquiries
* Process returns, exchanges and refunds using our internal management system
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Assist with order picking and packing during peak periods or staff shortages
* Help with goods-in, stock counts and general warehouse organisation
What We’re Looking For:
* Confident communicator with excellent phone and written skills (good grammatical English is essential)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
* Previous experience with Shopify and/or Amazon platforms would be beneficial
* Must have a positive, “can-do” attitude and show attention to detail
* Comfortable switching between desk work and manual handling in the warehouse
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and stay calm under pressure during peak season
* Flexible team player who enjoys varied work
* Experience in a similar “dual role” advantageous
* Interest in animal care, grooming or related products a plus
