Responsibilities
* Provide a range of beauty treatments, including nails, makeup application, eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, facials.
* Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
* Upsell beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
* Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to promote services and engage with the community.
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative services.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
Skills
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Experience in eyelash extensions application is desirable.
* Ability to perform deep tissue massage is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients.
* Experience in social media management to promote services effectively.
* Upselling skills to maximise client engagement and sales opportunities.
