Business
* You will be required to act as the first point of contact within the company, dealing with customer requests within the agreed timescale.
* Upload and process customer enquiries accurately
* Maintaining a high level of record keeping and ensuring clear audit trails for all correspondences
* Frequently communicate with customers, providing updates on the status of their enquiry
* Support the Sales Manager in improving the focus towards a centre of excellence for all customers
* Support the sales team with the day to day running of the sales process Complete other duties as required
* The Person
* Strong background in administration, a holiday park setting preferred but not essential
* Experience of dealing with inbound sales
* Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints is essential
* Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to professionally respond to customers
* Ambitious individual with the desire to progress within the company
* IT literate, Microsoft 360, Excel and Sales Software Customers:
* Confidently deals with customer concerns with the ability to resolve problems
*. Reacts to customer feedback and works with the team to find quick solutions.
