Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our Construction team based in London.
Location: London - travel to the office and site required
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Design Manager, you'll work within the Design team, supporting projects across sectors including Commercial, Public Sector, and Health.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and delivering design information according to the project schedule.
* Ensuring design consultants comply with their duties and standards.
* Providing design input during preconstruction and construction phases.
* Producing design programmes, scopes, responsibility matrices, and schedules.
* Attending and chairing meetings with stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you have:
* Experience delivering complex design work from a main contractor perspective.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Site/contract procedures experience is a plus.
