JOB TITLE: Public Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Lead
SALARY: £104,686- £123,160 in London, or £90,440 - £106,400 outside of London
LOCATION(S): London, Halifax, Leeds or Manchester
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at the specified locations.

Your role as Infrastructure Engineering Lead is to be a visionary leader, working collaboratively with the Product Owner and others to deliver maximum value to our customers. You will lead a team of up to 20 engineers.

What you’ll need
* Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Python, PowerShell
* Knowledge of Cloud networking, Enterprise Scale, and Landing zones
Additional useful experience includes:
* FinOps mentality and cloud solution optimization
* Security and governance engineering, including Identity and Access Management
* Experience with cloud governance and policy tools (Azure Policy, Google Customer Org Policy)
* Platform automation for asset management and FinOps scenarios
* Implementing governance frameworks for cloud usage, tagging, and security across multiple environments
* Collaborating with compliance, risk, and audit teams to translate regulatory standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS) into technical controls
* Adherence to compliance frameworks like CIS Benchmarks, NIST 800-53
* Building or maintaining automated compliance monitoring solutions (CSPM, CNAAP)
* Assessing cloud environments for drift and misconfiguration, automating remediation workflows
* Deploying audit and preventative policies in cloud environments
