The Role We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to lead our Contract Management function across Lowe and PKL. This is a hands-on management role where you’ll combine operational know-how with process improvement and data accuracy — ensuring every rental contract is correct, compliant and ready for operational delivery. You’ll manage a skilled team responsible for reviewing, updating and maintaining our customer rental contracts. Your focus will be on accuracy, compliance, and making sure every detail — from order validation to extensions and amendments — flows seamlessly into Operations. What You’ll Do Lead, coach and develop the Contracts team across Lowe and PKL. Review rental contracts to ensure client quotes, orders and system data match. Manage extensions, amendments and updates throughout the contract lifecycle. Maintain ERP data accuracy and drive standardisation across both businesses. Act as the first point of contact and escalation for contract-related issues. Partner with Sales, Operations, Projects, Finance and Asset Management to ensure smooth information flow. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Essential Experience Proven experience in contract management or commercial operations. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site teams. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Comfortable working with ERP systems (Business Central or similar). Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate across departments. Experience in a rental, hire or service-based business is an advantage.
