Working knowledge of z/OS, VSAM, DB2, RACF, and job schedulers (e.g., Control-M, CA-7). Experience running multi-team delivery (roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and budgets). Excellent partner management and communication across engineering, product, compliance, and client-facing functions.
