 
        
        SOUS CHEF POSITION
NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE. Very busy restaurant in London Bridge. British cuisine. £45000 + excess troncs. Full time. 2 double, 3 singles, 52 hours. Earliest start 8am, latest finish around 10:30pm.
Duties
 * Assist the Exec Chef and other Sous Chef in running the kitchen.
 * Help with orders and paperwork.
 * Supervise junior chefs and ensuring all sections are stocked up.
Requirements
 * Experience at a Sous Chef level in a fast paced restaurant using fresh premium ingredients.
 * Reliable, committed, not a time wasters.
 * Desire to grow and progress as the company is planning to expand.
