We’re looking for a passionate and creative Digital Designer – Sports Focus to join our GOAT Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Design Studio Lead, you’ll create high-quality digital and print assets across our sports-focused online products — with a strong emphasis on football.
You’ll help bring our brand to life across multiple platforms, from digital campaigns and social content to video edits and motion graphics. You’ll collaborate closely with the Design Studio Lead, Brand Marketing Managers, and Senior Marketing Managers to ensure our creative output remains bold, consistent, and on-brand.
This role is perfect for a designer who lives and breathes sport (especially football), knows their way around digital storytelling, and has a solid grasp of video editing and content creation.
Main Responsibilities
* Design engaging digital and print marketing assets across various channels and platforms.
* Deliver creative work aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals.
* Collaborate with the Design Studio Lead and marketing teams to develop fresh design concepts and new ideas.
* Produce visually striking and performance-driven assets for social media, display, CRM, and product marketing.
* Support and maintain consistent brand visuals across all touchpoints.
* Manage and prioritise design workload to meet deadlines efficiently.
* Incorporate motion, video editing, and other dynamic elements into creative output where relevant.
* Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and help drive innovation across sports and digital campaigns.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in a Design-related subject (e.g. Graphic Design, Visual Communication).
* 4–6 years’ experience in digital design, ideally within a fast-paced marketing or creative team.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
* Confident working with video editing and motion graphics.
* Great eye for layout, typography, and composition across digital and print.
* Strong understanding of sports branding and fan engagement, particularly football.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
* Betting, gaming, or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
* Additional fluency in Portuguese or French is advantageous.
