Key Requirements – Hotel Restaurant Manager
* Proven experience as a Hotel Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leader
* Background in hotel or quality dining environments
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Calm, polished, and guest-focused
* Commercial awareness
* Flexible to work a rota of shifts
