Graduate / Early Career Structural Engineer (2+ Years’ Experience)

We are working with a respected structural engineering consultancy based near Hemsworth who are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with around 2 years of industry experience to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer to build on their experience, gain exposure to a variety of projects, and progress towards professional qualifications in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the design and analysis of structures across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
2. Carry out structural calculations and support senior engineers in project delivery.
3. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
5. Contribute to site inspections and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
6. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).
7. Around 2 years of professional experience within a consultancy or structural engineering role.
8. Strong understanding of structural design in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
9. Familiarity with structural analysis software packages.
10. Eagerness to learn, develop, and work towards chartership (ICE or IStructE).
