We're looking for an experienced
Sales Performance Analyst
to join a fast-growing organisation. This is a full-time hybrid position days per week in the Exeter area, the rest from home).
The Role:
As the Sales Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, acting as the bridge between Sales and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and support decision-making.
Sales Performance Analyst Responsibilities:
* Lead and improve sales forecasting, reporting and pipeline analysis
* Monitor pricing, margins and profitability, providing actionable insights
* Oversee CRM process governance and data quality
* Support contract reviews, deal structures and commercial governance
* Produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership on sales performance
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics and processes
Sales Performance Analyst Lead Requirements:
* Proven experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance or Sales Support within a subscription environment
* Strong financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis skills (advanced Excel essential)
* Experience with CRM systems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive with a commercial mindset
