What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years' experience in account management, ideally within a marketing or creative agency. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in presenting ideas.
