The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to cover sites across Bristol. This is a permanent role offering stability, variety, and a competitive salary.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of fabric maintenance tasks across multiple sites, ensuring buildings are kept to a high standard and all works are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* General building fabric maintenance
* Plumbing repairs (minor works, leaks, fixtures) or
* Carpentry works (doors, locks, flooring, joinery)
* Planned and reactive maintenance
* Compliance with health & safety standards
* Accurate job reporting and documentation
About You
* Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role
* Trade background in either Plumbing or Carpentry (essential)
* Comfortable working in a mobile role
* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and customer-facing ability
