Our Client, a Greater Manchester Council is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join their Care Home Review.

Responsibilities of this role:
* Manage complex cases in line with statutory duties, applying national and local policies and procedures to achieve positive outcomes.
* Provide a professional social work service, effectively identifying and managing safeguarding risks within a multi-agency framework.
* Promote the independence, wellbeing and choice of adults of working age and/or older people.
* Undertake holistic, person-centred assessments and care planning for service users and carers, ensuring eligibility criteria and care plans are met.
* Ensure service users and their families remain central to assessment, planning and decision-making processes.
* Supervise, support and develop students and trainees, and contribute to the professional development of colleagues, including social workers.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experience
