What you will enjoy doing
1. You will be responsible for supervising and motivating your team to meet production targets and safety standards
2. This role will support recruitment, onboarding, and training, conducting annual appraisals and developing team competencies
3. Managing daily workflow to meet schedules and KPIs ensuring packages are processed to meet customer demands
4. Driving continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives will be pivotal
5. Promoting a culture of safety through SHEQ management, including off-site cylinder storage
6. Authorising permits to work and leading incident investigations
7. Coordinating emergency response outside of day-working hours
8. Monitoring consumables and liaising with Stores and Procurement
9. Collaborating with other departments and reporting to the Cylinder Operations Manager
What makes you great
10. GCSE Maths & English (Grade 5+) or 3+ years of relevant experience
11. Valid FLT Licence
12. Strong understanding of safe FLT operations and yard logistics
13. Experience leading process improvement initiatives
14. A commitment to inclusive leadership and team collaboration
