The ERP Team: An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful implementation and optimisation of the ERP solution (Infor LN or similar). The role acts as the bridge between business teams and technical experts, ensuring that system functionality, business processes, and operational needs are fully aligned. The specialist will analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help design and implement ERP‑based solutions that support operational performance.
