A leading organisation in the construction sector is looking for a Head of Compliance. Someone who can keep operations safe, legal, and consistent without strangling the day-to-day work.
If you come from the military and have experience in standards, policy, safety, governance or risk, this role plays directly to your strengths. NEBOSH/IOSH highly valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading compliance across safety, quality, environmental and operational areas
* Keeping the business legally compliant and audit-ready
* Managing frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, COSHH
* Translating regulations into simple, workable processes
* Running internal audits and supporting external ones
* Supporting managers and frontline teams to embed compliance
* Reporting key risks and improvements to senior leadership
* Driving a positive, practical compliance culture

* NEBOSH/IOSH (or working towards it)

* Willing to travel across UK sites
Construction or engineering experience is helpful but not essential — training and support available.
