About the Role This is a rare opportunity to lead and grow the paid media function in a values-led organisation. As our first in-house PPC specialist, you’ll be central to shaping our acquisition strategy across Google, Bing, Meta, and other relevant platforms. You’ll work directly with internal teams — including legal partners, developers, and client care — to align advertising performance with campaign goals and frontline needs. This is a role for someone both data-driven and people-savvy, who understands how to connect technical strategy with real-world impact.
